The winning name will be drawn at 5 p.m.Charleston attorney Rusty Webb will be providing filing services,and those who anticipate a messy drawn out legal battle to end their marriage are encouraged NOT to apply because the prize is meant to be a simple divorce-or as simple as it can be!They want to remind their listening public that Valentines Day is not a happy shiny holiday for everyone.I would say they made that point!LOL
