Next week Prison Break will return for the second part of its 3rd season and it will be followed by the new scifi series,"The Sarah Connor Chronicles",which picks up where the hit 1991 film "Terminator 2:Judgement Day" left off.Although I had hoped they would cover some of the backstory of events between the original "Terminator" and "T2",nevertheless it promises to be exciting and action-packed,and who knows-maybe they will do flashback style episodes detailing that period.The series will focus on Sarah Connors fight against Cyberdine and Skynet,and her ongoing struggle to protect her son John,the future leader of the rebellion against the machines,from being terminated by the replicant assassins who are sent to destroy him.There will also be a "good" Terminator who accompanies them to shield John and defend the trio against attacks.Lena Headey will portray Sarah,and while she is no Linda Hamilton,I hope that the producers can persuade Hamilton to do a guest spot for posterity,for all of us Terminator fans!
Prison Break and The Sarah Connor Chronicles will air next Monday night,starting at 8 pm EST.
