Weekend box office

"Cloverfield" has made a record breaking 41 million in its opening weekend and despite having a "no-name"cast it has a rabid internet following,which is where early movie trailers of it were viewed.The entire movie is shown from the handheld camera of the main character as chaos ensues when the unknown monster attacks.I will wait to see it on DVD.

It has been compared to "The Blair Witch Project" by People Magazines movie reviewers and that turned me off but it has surprised me with its popularity-I may have to go see in the theater!
