An Iowa man was arrested Friday during a traffic stop when he complained that on December 27th,while shooting dice with another man,he was ripped off of his "earnings".Ricky Lee Jones and Beauhanan D. Walker apparently got into a dispute while gambling and Walker scooped up the wager money and took off running.Jones then proceeded to call the police and ask them to "retrieve his winnings".As a result,both men were charged with 4th degree illegal game betting.Perhaps no one told Jones it was illegal to shoot dice for cash but he knows it now!I nominate him to the list of Worlds Dumbest Criminals!
